Refund policy

What we'll refund

• Unspent Donor Points, within 14 days of buying them. You get the full amount back on the card you paid with, and we take the matching points off your account.
• Anything we messed up, no matter how long ago. If you paid and the points never showed up, or you bought something that never arrived and we can't get it to you, you get your money back. Just let us know and we'll sort it out.
• Something you didn't buy. If someone used your card without your OK, contact us and your card company. We'll refund it and help you lock down your account.

What we can't refund

• Points you've already spent. Once you've traded points for an item and it's been delivered to your character, that's final.
• Purchases older than 14 days, unless it's one of the cases above.
• Points lost to a ban. If an account gets banned for breaking the rules, any unspent points aren't refunded.

Only spent some of your points? Just ask and we can refund the part you haven't used.

How to ask for one

1. Email rykersrealm@gmail.com from the email on your game account, or open a ticket in the launcher's Support tab.
2. Tell us your account name and about when you bought the points. You don't need the receipt, but it helps.
3. We'll get back to you within two business days, and if it's approved we refund it right away.

The money goes back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually gets it back to you in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We can't send it to a different card or pay it back any other way.

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, please talk to us first. It's way faster than a chargeback and we'd much rather just fix it. Accounts with an open chargeback might get suspended until it's settled, since the points were already delivered.

Your legal rights

None of this takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. If those laws give you more than this policy does, they win.
